I just read the Autodesk AEC blog post on Augmented Reality (AR) in the AEC industry. AR is a technology that will greatly enhance AEC and many other design and construction project needs to visualize the data over the existing structures. This is not to be confused with Virtual Reality (VR) which is a complete generated display where AR augments what you are seeing with other data and visuals.
