Last weekend was the Labor Day Weekend here in the US. I spent mine camped in the Nevada desert near Great Basin National Park. Normally you drive through a desert and wonder what on earth could you do in the desert, well there is plenty. There is beauty in every environment even a desert and the sunsets are stunning and seem to be more colorful in the desert. I even went on a 90 minute tour of the Lehman caves which was really cool. I was on a hike and ran across an old abandoned 1800's era ranch site which was really interesting to wander through after scaring a few coyotes out of it.
