There is a Contact Us link on the main http://www.autodesk.com. From that link you can naviugate to where you can provide feedback on the Autodesk.com website or select the Products. and provide feedback on Autodesk products. These forms when submitted go direct to the products teams. I can speak in the case of AutoCAD that many of these are answered and all are read by the key product team members.
