Below are some links to information about the upcoming Windows XP Service Pack 2 which is expected in August. I have been running the Windows XP Service Pack 2 Release Candidate 2 on my machine and really like it.
We at Autodesk have been testing our products with the Service Pack as Microsoft makes many changes to the way software can operate in order to close some APIs and vulnerabilities.
All in all, this Service Pack is a very good thing and even adds some new features and changes like the new and easier wireless configuration dialog.
